SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our subconscious mind remembers everything that's happened in our lives.

Our conscious mind makes up about 10% of the entire brain, and the subconscious mind makes up about 90% of our total brain function.  Our subconscious remembers everything we do; every second of our life!  It remembers where we’ve been, what we’ve eaten, and people we’ve met.  It holds our memories and past experiences.  It's like our own powerful memory bank.

By using muscle testing, Emotion Code practitioners can connect to your subconscious mind and remove trapped emotions by asking questions. Because all living things have an electromagnetic field, and our brains and bodies are conductive, I can use the power of a client's muscles to get answers.  The power of a muscle is directly linked to the balance of our electrical system.  A "yes" response keeps the tested muscle strong, while a "no" response weakens the muscle.

Once the trapped emotion (the negative energy ball stuck somewhere in your body, brain, or heart) is identified by your subconscious using muscle testing, the practitioner uses a magnet to release the emotion by running it over her own governing meridian.  The governing meridian is the energy line that connects all of the meridians in our bodies.  Using a magnet "magnifies" my intent to release the emotion and creates a flow of opposing energy.  If we think of our trapped emotions in layers, the more layers we pull off, the more change we could see in our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  If you'd like to know more about how this all works,  you can read this article written by Dr. Bradley Nelson.

"One of my favorite things about the Emotion Code is that you don't have to relive the events that trapped the emotions in the first place.  Actually, you don't even need to voice them to me at all!  We find the emotion, we release it, and it's gone for good.  Each released emotion is a chance for your body to find its way back to balance."
